Yes. We welcome and encourage homeowners to visit our showroom and drive-thru lumberyard.

Our sales staff is ready to answer any questions you might have – either by phone or in person during your visit to the store. Our team is well-trained to listen, ask the right questions, and offer solutions to your specific project questions and ideas.

Will you be removing the existing window completely or do you want to replace the window and keep your existing trim? Bring in a picture of the window you are replacing, this alone will answer most of the questions. Size: Measure the glass size: ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE WIDTH THEN HEIGHT. Who is installing the window? Answer these questions and we can get the ball rolling.

Bring in a picture of the door you are replacing. Is it an interior door or an exterior door? Do you plan on painting or staining the door? Ordering the door pre-finished may be an option. What finish is the handle set & hinges (oil rubbed bronze, brass, satin nickel, etc)? Size: Measure width & height of the existing door or opening. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE WIDTH THEN HEIGHT. Who is installing the door? Answer these questions and we can get the ball rolling.

No, what we try to do is ask you questions to get a feel for the size & scope of the job and provide you with several names of local contractors who would be a possible fit.

Yes, we can arrange for one of our millwork specialists to meet you at your home. This is typically done in order to confirm sizes and swings before the order is placed.
